For optimal use, do not remove the protective liners completely.
Peel back only the ends of the protective liners to secure the foot stickers at the heel and the ball of the foot. Leave the protective liner in place over the center section to prevent the sole from sticking across the entire bottom of the foot while still ensuring excellent adhesion, even if the feet are slightly damp.
This method allows clients to remove the foot stickers easily after the session without discomfort.
