Free delivery within 24–48 hours

At BOTAN, we offer free delivery to a pickup point or directly to your home (for orders over €49). All orders are shipped before 1:00 PM, from Monday to Friday.

To ensure fast and accurate delivery, please make sure your contact details are entered correctly. All information such as the entry code, building number, floor, and door number must be complete and accurate.

Delivery Responsibility

We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, misplaced, or damaged if the information provided at the time of ordering is incorrect or incomplete.However, in the event of an issue, our customer service team remains available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM via WhatsApp +33 7 86 99 94 38 to assist you as effectively as possible. We also recommend contacting your nearest post office with your parcel tracking number.

Order Preparation Times

Each order is carefully prepared by our team. All orders are shipped daily from Monday to Friday via La Poste (Colissimo).

The delivery times are as follows:

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Colissimo tracking email. However, even if you do not receive this email, your parcel is still dispatched once payment has been validated.

By choosing Colissimo, you are selecting a carrier that offsets its CO₂ emissions, helping to reduce environmental impact.

Delivery Notifications

If, after 7 days, you still have not received anything, or if the tracking information indicates a delivery that you did not receive, please contact us promptly by phone or email.

Before doing so, remember to check your mailbox. A delivery notice may have been left there. If this is the case, please visit the post office indicated on the notice.

⚠️ We cannot issue a refund for a parcel that Colissimo has marked as delivered. However, we will open an official claim with the carrier and encourage you to do the same in order to speed up the process.

Inspection upon delivery

Upon delivery, please immediately check the number of parcels received as well as the condition of the products.

Out-of-stock items

When a product is out of stock, it remains visible on the website but cannot be added to the shopping cart.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will ship the remaining quantity at no additional cost as soon as it is back in stock.

Furthermore, for large orders, multiple parcels may be shipped separately and may therefore arrive at different times.
