Free delivery in 24/48 hours

BOTAN ensures free delivery to a Relay Point or to your home (from 49€ of purchase). All your orders are shipped within 24/48 hours, Monday to Friday.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost, misplaced or delivered in damaged condition if your personal information was entered incorrectly at the time of your purchase or if you indicated the wrong address.

However, in such a case, our customer service can be reached by email contact@botan.fr from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., to assist you as best as possible in the event of problems. We also encourage you to contact your nearest post office with your Parcel number.

Preparation Times

Each order requires to be carefully prepared by our services, generally within 1 to 2 days before deposit for shipment to the Post Office.

By opting for delivery by Colissimo, you are choosing a carrier who offsets the CO2 emissions of all delivered packages in order to reduce the environmental impact.

Delivery Declarations

Beyond a set period of 7 days, if you have not received any package or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the Colissimo service but you have not received it, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible, at your choice by telephone or email. Be sure to check your mailbox beforehand to ensure that a notice of proceeding has not been posted there. In this case, please contact the post office whose address is mentioned on this notice.

We are not able to issue a refund or credit for packages for which the Colissimo service has confirmed delivery. We will be able to issue a complaint on our side and we will invite you to do the same on a personal basis in order to be able to claim a faster response from them. Finally, depending on the response provided by the carrier, namely proof of deposit of said package, we will formulate a final decision.

During delivery, be sure to check the number of packages as well as the good working condition of the products delivered, even in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of an anomaly,the BOTAN team is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Paris time) at the email address contact@botan.fr.

Out of Stock Items

When a product is out of stock, it is visible on our website but cannot be added to your basket.

If your order includes one or more items that arrive out of stock even though your order has been confirmed; we will ship, shipping costs at our expense, the remainder of the missing products as soon as the product is restocked.

Please note that it is sometimes possible for large orders or several orders placed on the same day (several hours apart) to receive several packages. They will not systematically be delivered to you at the same time.
